You kill your physical endurance. You also deplete your sperm count. Possibly go infertile. Grow lots of hair. You could have insane hormonal imbalance. Cardiovascular disease. High Blood Pressure. Metabolictic syndrome (Basically what fat people have) Acne, Liver Damage.
